Jesus Christ is the only answer to this problem of seperation.
When Jesus Christ died on the Cross and rose from the grave. He paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap from God to man. His death and resurrection makes a new life possible for all who believe.
In the Living Bible Translation we have these words in 1 Timothy 2:5
"God is on one side and all the people on the other side, and Christ Jesus, Himself man, is between them to bring them together".
God's Word says "But God demonstrates his own love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 ( NIV)
Jesus said to him, "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6 (NIV)
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" Ephesians 2:8 (NIV)
STEP 4 IS MAN'S RESPONSE - RECEIVE CHRIST We must TRUST JESUS CHRIST and RECEIVE HIM by personal invitation. GOD'S WORD says:
"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord." Acts 3:19 (NIV)
"To all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, he gave the right to become children of God" John 1:12 (NIV)
"That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 (NIV)
As you have read through these steps, is there any good reason why you cannot receive Jesus Christ right now?
